By accessing or using the PNPS.ai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PNPS.ai provides an enterprise peer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) measurement platform designed for US-based organizations.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• 5-Response Minimum: Individual scores are never displayed unless at least 5 responses have been received
• Anonymization: All feedback is stored using one-way hashed identifiers
• CCPA Compliance: We fully comply with California Consumer Privacy Act

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Submit false or fraudulent feedback
• Attempt to identify individual respondents
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

5. Intellectual Property

PNPS.ai, including the Bumper System statistical methodology, is owned by Blue Fermion LLC and protected by US copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after notification for existing users.
