5-Response Minimum

Individual NPS scores are never displayed unless at least 5 responses have been received. This ensures statistical validity and protects individual privacy.

One-Way Hashing

All feedback is stored using one-way cryptographic hashes. Even we cannot trace individual responses back to specific raters—only aggregated scores are accessible.

Bumper System

Our proprietary statistical method provides confidence intervals, not point estimates. This adds an additional layer of privacy protection while maintaining scientific rigor.

3. CCPA Compliance

We fully comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other US state privacy laws. You have the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of data sharing (we don't share data with third parties)

• Active Accounts: Data retained during subscription
• After Cancellation: 90-day grace period for recovery
